I have stayed in this hotel for over a month. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the hotel Manager Mr. Bill who went above and beyond. This hotel is right across Publix and Car wash, walking distance to cvs and dollar tree. I always see someone cleaning around the hotel and so are the hallways and stairs. The room where i stayed was clean, no foul smell and bugs/insect free. Room rate is affordable. Will definitely stay again.
Exceptional staff. The day manger was fantastic. He was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Also went out of his way to contact the nearby storage facility when I was having difficulty reaching them. I cannot remember his name but he deserves praise. I had little interaction with the night manager but she was friendly and attentive to guests needs. Basic, clean rooms.
I WOULD NOT BRING MY FAMILY HERE.A 1☆ hotel. First off when we arrived at about 7:00 pm in the evening was told that our rooms might not be cleaned yet and was told to come back later if we wanted it cleaned properly else it would be rushed over. Lot of sketchy people hanging around the the entrance. Room cleanliness was sub-par at best( more like a light wipe down) . Roaches, and insect droppings . No curtains , so when the sun comes up you come up. There weren't even face or hand towels and when we asked for some they brought up two small face towels. Dirty pillow cases ( we asked for those as well). Microwave looks atrocious. The smell of some strange fragrant insecticide or something was throughout the room so strong my wife got light headed. Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn the TV up too loud. I hope we didn't disturb our neighbors, and this all was on day one I kid you not. If I have to speak positively about anything the staff seem pleasant.

I appreciated the fact that everything was explained at check-in. Housekeeping every 14 days and their linen exchange program. It was very helpful. I also like the full size fridge along with the kitchen area that allowed me to cook my own food thereby saving money. The staff at this location was phenomenal.
My daughter made reservations through a 3rd party to stay at this hotel. Prior to booking, we called this hotel to confirm my 19 year old daughter and friend could check -in without an adult 21 or older. The staff said that was not a problem. Additionally, we confirm a late check-in as her estimated arrival was around 2AM. Also, confirmed. The reservations, age requirements, and late check-in were also confirmed with the 3rd booking. Upon arrival at around 2:30 AM, the staff at the hotel explained they canceled my daughter's reservation and that there were no rooms available. I asked about the room we booked, and the staff said it was no longer available and did not issue a refund. Furthermore, the staff said they did not get paid for the room from the 3rd party, and we would need to contact them. The 3rd party explained that the hotel charged my daughter's card and that they need the hotel to issue the refund. However, they are denying to do that. So, at 2:30 AM, they took my 19 year old daughter's money and left her stranded in their parking lot. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I hope others will as well. They can't take her money and then sell the room to someone else. I'm sure this is a violation of the statutes of fraud.
