Though she learned the word "Idol" from a magazine, Mondstadt church Deaconess Barbara has fully embraced the culture. Everyone in town knows her name, and wherever she goes, a smile is sure to follow. In fact, splash an NPC with her Hydro-based attacks and they'll clap rather than shrivel up in fear.
Just like mentioned above, you receive a free Barbara once reaching Adventure Level 20. She also appears in the character banner as a rate up quite frequently, so you wouldn't have that much of a hard time getting her constellations.
Combat Details
Out there in the big wide world, Barbara is the game's go-to healer - though her ranged Hydro attacks can pack a punch against the right targets, too. Pyro Regisvine beware.
Her healing prowess is activated by using her Elemental Skill, Melody Loop, at which point each Normal Attack and Charge Attack will heal the team until it dissipates. Her Elemental Burst skill can practically top off the team's HP bars in the right scenario, too, but it sadly doesn't deal any damage on top of that.
Barbara's Talents and Skill Priorities
Barbara's Talents scream healing. BIG healing. Because of that, you'd want to focus more on her:

Barbara's Constellations
Barbara's Constellations only further improve her healing capabilities. Being easy to get her constellations, she has one of the best C6's in the game which can fully revive a party member.

| Attentiveness be My Power (C4) | Every enemy Barbara hits with her Charged Attack regenerates 1 Energy for her. A maximum of 5 energy can be regenerated in this manner with any one Charged Attack. |
| The Purest Companionship (C5) | Increases the Level of Let the Show Begin by 3. |
| Dedicating Everything to You (C6) | When Barbara is not on the field and one of her party members falls, they are automatically revived with their Max HP. Can only occur once every 15 minutes. |
Barbara excels at being the team medic. With the healing being based on her Max HP, a build focused on just that becomes a real life-saver. A few weapons and artifact sets have presented themselves, but there's only one best way to build her.
Best Weapons For Barbara
There are only two weapons that fight over Barbara and those are Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers and Prototype Amber

The only artifact set fitting for Barbara is Maiden Beloved. This further makes her a healing powerhouse. For main stats, look out for HP% Sands, HP% Goblet, and Healing Bonus Circlet.
