When is the next Genshin Impact stream?
The Genshin Impact 4.7 livestream went live on Friday, May 24,2024,at 5:00 PDT / 8:00 EDT / 13:00 BST on the officialGenshin Impact Twitchchannel and theGenshin Impact Youtube.
We don’t know when the Genshin Impact 4.8 livestream is just yet, but we predict that it will be on Friday, July 5.
What is theGenshin Impact 4.8 release date?
The Genshin Impact 4.7 release date was Wednesday, June 5, 2024.Before the update,Genshin Impactwent into maintenance for roughly five hours starting Tuesday, June 4, at 15:00 PDT / 18:00 EDT / 23:00 BST.
Each time maintenance concludes you receive a minimum of 300 primogems in your in-game mailbox as compensation for the game’s downtime.
The Genshin Impact 4.8 release date is due on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, with the game going into maintenance on Tuesday, July 16, at15:00 PDT / 18:00 EDT / 23:00 BST.
What are the Genshin Impact4.8 banners?
During the last livestream, Hoyoverse announced the 4.7 banners as follows:
- Illuminating Lightning – phase one
- Genshin Impact’s Clorinde
- Caution in Confidence – phase one
- Genshin Impact’s Alhaitham
New four-star Sethos also appeared on the phase one banner alongside Alhaitham and Clorinde.
- Romaritime Meluserenity – phase two
- Genshin Impact’s Sigewinne
- Chanson of Many Waters – phase two
- Genshin Impact’s Furina
Hoyoverse hasn’t confirmed what characters are featured on the version 4.8 banners, but drip marketing suggests thatthey’ll feature the new five-star character,Genshin Impact’s Emilie.
Beyond that, leaks suggest thatthe 4.8 banners will see reruns of Genshin Impact’s Navia and Genshin Impact’s Nilou in phase one, and phase two will see a rerun of Genshin Impact’s Yelan alongside Emilie’s debut, though this may change.

Are there any new story quests in Genshin Impact 4.8?
Version 4.7 sees the introduction of Clorinde and Sigewinne’s new story quests, Rapperia Chapter: Act I and Nereides Chapter: Act I,which gives us a look at their adventures outside of Fontaine’s main story.
We also get a new Archon quest chapter titled ‘Bedtime Story’, where both Lumine and Aether feature alongside Dainslief to drop some lore on us.
We’re unsure whether there will be a new Archon quest in version 4.8, but we think it’s likely that we’ll get a story quest for Emilie, and we may also get a new story quest for one of the rerun characters.
Is there a new Genshin Impact4.8 boss?
We don’t know whether there’s a new boss coming in version 4.8, but we currently think it’s unlikely.
What are the new Genshin Impact 4.8 events?

Are there any new features in Genshin Impact 4.8?
As well as the new permanent Imaginarium Theater mode,version 4.7 saw an increase to the available resin cap from 160 to 200. Along with this,4.8 introducedadjustments to the Spiral Abyss, with it now refreshing once a monthand offering greater rewards.
4.8 also introduced the option for you to purchasenew poses for your characters from the Imaginarium Theater shop, so you can now take some cute and aesthetic pictures of your mains with their new moves!
We don’t know what new features are coming in version 4.8 just yet, but with the recent trend of substantial quality of life changes, we’re excited to see what Hoyoverse has in store for us.
